Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with health plans, employers, health systems, and virtual care providers.
- Design persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract documentation that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Lead negotiations and secure new partnership contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, legal, client success, and product teams, ensuring a seamless experience for our healthcare partners.
- Monitor and assess program success based on health outcomes, operational performance, and financial metrics.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships within the consultant and broker verticals.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling health technology solutions to healthcare payers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital health landscape and wearable technology.
- Proven success in closing new business and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building strong working relationships.
